What is a VOC?

We are often asked what a VOC is. Therefore a simple explanation is that a Verification of Competency (VOC) is a method of assessment used to demonstrate the person’s ability to operate equipment. Another key point is the persons ability to undertake the responsibilities of a certain job role requires verification.

Subsequently this is why Training U offers VOC s face-to-face coupled with theory and a practical assessment process, which will evaluate whether your knowledge is current and sufficient to meet the requirements of the task and/or job role.
